I need this done in the R programming language only!!

I need an R program that first reads an excel spreadsheet of 8 columns and 59 rows

Then I need the program to loop through each column entry and print out each entry over 30 seconds.

Then I need the program loop through each entry in column and print out any data entry that is under 20 seconds
