I need this done in the R programming language only

I need a program that reads some excel spreadsheet of 8 colums and 58 rows that has only time intervals of minutes and seconds, then graphs each column by whatever you feel like it visualizes the data.

Each excel cell entry represent some time in seconds and each time is independent from the other. I need any graph(s) that represent this data. I will upvote all answers. I just need some graphs that are based on the data below. The data in each cell represent the amount of time someone waits in a line.
