I need to create a C program that counts the frequecy of a given text file and paste it into a new file

1.Words separated via spaces;

2. The text (let us assume as well, non-empty) is written in a file named "input text.txt".

3. Your task is to create a new file, named output dictionary.txt which contains the frequencies of each word met in the text.

4.Every word and related frequency are given from a new line, as in the example above.

5. For the sake of simplicity and certain rational reasons, let us assume that each word has a length of no more than 20 characters.
