if the credit card information is wrong or insufficient funds the page gives an error to pay again

- customers can book an appointment for grooming services, where they first choose

their preferred store then chooses day and time then choose cat or dog and then choose their preferred type of service

- customers can book a theatre for kid's birthday parties, they need to choose the date and time

- customers can view photos and information of available pets for adoption

Tasks: develop a set of DFDs to model the application processes for the pet store
