I need to DESIGN a work breakdown structure chart for a barcode scanner to be used to receive warehouse inventory (equipment/tools) for supply chain management. It has to be listed as a hierarchy. I have to design a hierarchy chart (identifying, deliverables, listing who is responsible, breakdown), I have no idea where to begin. I do not know how how to create the graph. I have watched several video tutorials and I reach a certain plateau and do not know how to add additional boxes to input information to complete the chart. Please help. The instructions for this assignment is as follows: Throughout the duration of this course, you will be developing a project plan to present to your stakeholders.

I am utterly lost, confused, and desperate. I have the information necessary to complete the chart/graph but need assistance in creating the actual chart.
