Question: I need to figure out how to put a Value Stream Map for the process of ordering freight train wheels, but not sure how I

I need to figure out how to put a Value Stream Map for the process of ordering freight train wheels, but not sure how I would lay it out. My company TTX (Railroad) would need the wheels once the on sight wheels have been consumed. Of course a KANBAN would be put at the wheel rack indicating a wheel order needs to be put in at a certain point. Please advise.
