I need to make an HTML editor in Visual Basic. I am using Visual Basic 2017. The program needs to be able to do these things:

Create an HTML editor (An HTML editor is basically a text editor) Allow the user to 1) create a new HTML 2)Open an existing HTML file from your hard drive 3) Save an HTML file Use a menu with following items File New Open xii Allow the user to load an HTML file (source code only) from the internet, when the user selects this feature provide a textbox and button to enter the URL
