I need to set up a private VM in AWS that does not have a IGW. I have the following specs on the VM, Subnet, Route Table. But when I try to connect I get the error attached. Can you provide a step by step guide on how to create a a private windows VM in aws that will deploy?
FP-private-vpc CIDR 192.168.0.0/24
FP-private-subnet CIDR 192.168.0.128/28
FP-private-RT -> local routes only
route local only
Security Groups - inbound - ipv4 RDP from my IP, ipv4 rdp from anywhere, all ICMP-ipv4 from anywhere ipv4
EC2-private: windows base 22, t2.micro. public IP disabled, key assigned for log in
Error that populates when i attempt to connect to EC2

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network
Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
