I need to set up a private VM in AWS that does not have a IGW. I have the following specs on the VM$,$ Subnet, Route Table. But when I try to connect I get the error attached. Can you provide a step by step guide on how to create a a private windows VM in aws that will deploy?

EC$2-$private: windows base $22,$ t$2.$micro. public IP disabled, key assigned for log in

Error that populates when i attempt to connect to EC$2$

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:

$1)$ Remote access to the server is not enabled

$2)$ The remote computer is turned off

$3)$ The remote computer is not available on the network

Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.
