I need your help to implement the following below:

Create a web page in which users can vote for one of the three celebrities.

Everybody who votes should be able to see the total number of votes as well as the vote of each celebrity. There will be a button for the user to click to display the votes result.

You must use one text file to record the votes and retrieve the data.
