Sim recommended the Hotto Flame Heaters, a commercial grade outdoor heater. Marc noticed that there was a label on the heater with the Hottie Heaters logo and the words "Manufactured in China for Hotto Flame Heaters Pty Ltd Aus". Marc found the heaters in good condition and purchased four Hottie Flame heaters for $1,800 to use in BLT's outdoor exercise area. However, the heaters stopped working after two years. During this period, Perth experienced very cold winters and the heaters were used very often. BLT staff also noticed a number of large rust marks developing on the base of one of the heaters. Advise BLT on its possible causes of action and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law
