please help me with this The federal government is attempting to write legislations to address some very legitimate problems with how harmful content spread on social media. The legislation aims to target 5 categories of harmful content:

. Child sexual exploitation content

I need a essay on what the rules should be that govern social media platforms. This is not just outlining what the rules should accomplish, it's what should the rules actually be, and how would they be reasonably enforceable. please focus on rules around one of the 5 listed, or all of them together. Laws need to be both technically feasible to implement, and proportional to severity of the offences.
