3.1 Assume you were eventually appointed as The Queens Medical Centre Projects Manager. In the middle of upgrading the hospitals network and deploying an antispam management system, the CEO has e-mailed you a number of changes to the project. These changes varied from the network coverage to the required budget restraints. All of these changes have a severe impact and risk implication on the project as a whole. As the Projects Manager, you realize that the e-mails being sent back and forth concerning such severe changes are insufficient in terms of effective communication. Later on your presentation was successful and everybody is now up to date with your PRAM (Project Risk Analysis and Management) analysis going forward. An effective risk analysis will demonstrate clear understanding of project risks, their potential impact and preliminary plans for minimizing the negative effects.

Compose a PRAM (project risk analysis and management profile) and apply it to the project, which you will use to inform all the stakeholders of the changes and risks as part of the project going forward. Remember to critically discuss some risk mitigation strategies that can be employed in this project and can be shared with key stakeholders.
