I really need help

It is an industrial water$-$filling machine control system to make it automatic with $8$ nozzles to fill at the same time. If I am missing anything let me know too.

I need a PLC $($Programmable Logic Controller$)$ that can do more than one program at the same time and an HMI $($Human$-$Machine Interface$)$ that its compatible.

What exact sensors can I get that are the following:

Photoelectric Presence Sensors $(8$x$)$: Detecting bottles reliably with different materials and colors.

Ultrasonic Level Sensors $(8$x$)$: Contactless, hygienic level detection for accurate filling, unaffected by foam or bubbles.

Pressure Sensor $(1$x$)$: Monitoring water pressure for consistency and triggering low$-$pressure alarms.

Sensor counter $(2$x$)$: Counts bottles entering and another that counts bottles already filled.

And I need the same for actuators:

Pneumatic Pistons $(8$x$)$: Securing bottles firmly yet gently during filling.

Solenoid Valves $(8$x$)$: Precise and rapid control of water flow. $($that can be closed with the program$)$

Electric Motors $(2$x$)$: Powering conveyor belt and nozzle movement.
