I think the most important phase is the planning phase. I like this phase because it allows theconsultant to discovery what's causing the problem. As mentioned in our text, planning is acritical phase because if poor planning is being conducted than there is a chance for pooroutcomes (Bierema, 2020). I enjoy this phase because you get to play investigator with theorganization and allow for open communication. During this phase you get to observe theorganization, look at survey, complaints, trends, and conduct focus groups in order to gatheryour data. Sometimes when a process is rushed such as planning, and gets implemented, thereare chances for wasted time and resources, thus causing frustration throughout theorganization. Since this is a reoccurring process, if the planning phase has an error, you canalways address it prior to the implementation of the plan. I feel like once you go into the actionand evaluation phase you can execute the plan, but if there are flaws, you would have to goback to the drawing board. This is why I think the planning phase is important
