I want to construct M/M/1 queueing model through Anylogic.

The station has single machine, and its production rate is 6 jobs per hour. The effective CV = 1, just as the exponential distribution does. Assume that times between arrivals are exponentially distributed with 5.75 jobs per hour.

Theoretically, WIP, CT, TH must be

utilization(u) = 5.75/6

WIP = u/(1-u) = 23

TH = 5.75

CT = 23/5.75 = 4

However, the result of Anylogic simulation using 'service' function and 'queue' was as below.

TH = 5.75

CT = 0.1667

WIP = 0~2

It seems that congestion caused by queueing is not reflected in this model since cycle time was 0.1667, which is 1/6, the mean of production time.

How can I reflect this queueing model through Anylogic appropriately?
