I want to make this table above called 'assignment' in sql

but I keep having errors when I try to make the tables

These are the data typed I wrote

the errors say that

'Msg 1767, Level 16, State 0, Line 36 Foreign key 'ASSIGN_PROJ_FK' references invalid table 'PROJECT'. Msg 1750, Level 16, State 1, Line 36 Could not create constraint or index. See previous errors.'

Please tell me how I can make the tables properly without errors
