Question: I was able to run Windows Visual Studio 2017 community but now it has a debugging error. Because I could not find any solutions I

I was able to run Windows Visual Studio 2017 community but now it has a debugging error. Because I could not find any solutions I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it.

I tried to run instructions from our previous lab. When I first built the program AddTwo it was successful and debugged normally. Now I have errors when I debug.
