I will discuss the process improvement in customer billing and checking out at retail stores like Walmart stores. In process improvement, I will implement Deming Cycle that is Plan Do Study and act. The first step of process improvement will Plan which involves the identification of the problem. At retail store say Walmart, The store manager is facing problem of long queue and time consuming customer bill processing and checking out.This could cause frustration and anger in customers due to long waiting.
