Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote awareness and mitigate risks.

Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize handling and retrieval times, reduce errors, and maximize space utilization. Explore the implementation of warehouse management systems or other technology solutions to automate processes and enhance accuracy.

Objective $4$ Develop and Empower Warehouse Team: Foster a positive work environment and develop a high$-$performing warehouse team. Set clear performance goals, provide regular training and coaching sessions, and conduct performance evaluations. Identify employees with growth potential and implement succession plans to build a strong talent pipeline within the warehouse.$-$ Succession plans Carry out performance appraisals of all Supervisors and above, giving clear areas for improvements, and goal setting development areas for each based on their needs.

Objective $5$ Continuously improve operational processes: Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing operational data and identifying area for enhancement. Implement lean management principles efficiency. Establish key performance indicators $($KPIs$)$ to monitor and measure warehouse performance and regularly report on progress.
