Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory include the delivery of new Systems.

Objective $2$ Enhance Health and Safety Measures: It is crucial to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. Continuously assess and improve health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote awareness and mitigate risks.

$-$ Near miss$/$observations reporting for the site $=2$ reportable per month per person Plus zero lost time, and all notice boards updated on a monthly basis improving safety awareness and safe working attitudes.

Objective $3$ Streamline warehouse layout and inventory management: Evaluate and optimize the layout and organization of our warehouse to improve operational efficiency. Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize handling and retrieval times, reduce errors, and maximize space utilization. Explore the implementation of warehouse management systems or other technology solutions to automate processes and enhance accuracy.

$-$ Standard monthly reviews taking place and output shared of the meeting with attendance every month, and visit $1$ other GAC site per month, sharing best practice.$-$ Replenishment and location utilization analysis a daily task.

Objective $4$ Develop and Empower Warehouse Team: Foster a positive work environment and develop a high$-$performing warehouse team. Set clear performance goals, provide regular training and coaching sessions, and conduct performance evaluations. Identify employees with growth potential and implement succession plans to build a strong talent pipeline within the warehouse.$-$ Succession plans Carry out performance appraisals of all Supervisors and above, giving clear areas for improvements, and goal setting development areas for each based on their needs.

Objective $5$ Continuously improve operational processes: Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing operational data and identifying area for enhancement. Implement lean management principles efficiency. Establish key performance indicators $($KPIs$)$ to monitor and measure warehouse performance and regularly report on progress.

Identify opportunities to minimize the environmental impact of warehouse activities while maintaining efficiency and cost$-$effectiveness.
