I would apply the ARECC framework to my selected career path of being a high school math teacher. I would do this to analyze all of the hazards by starting with anticipation, I could anticipate that I could get exposure from viruses from students and colleagues by gaining knowledge of the types of hazards. Also I could motivate a wellness program at my school, In HHS Public access talked about the benefit of wellness programs, with findings being that $59\%$ of work places that offered a wellness program would improve employee health. $($Ramya et$,$ al$.2018).$ I could recognize that sitting and standing for long periods of time throughout the work day are ergonomic hazards so I could try switching off more. I could evaluate that impact that long work hours has on my mental health. I could control by minimizing how much I could be exposed to viruses by providing hand sanitizers across the room to encourage students to use them. I could confirm that putting out hand sanitizers would protect me from viruses based on how much my students us them. By applying these I could use control the most to try to be preventable like having work$-$life balance, proper posture and learn the halls to safely move in the halls.
