However, in 2025 she hired a Private Investigator to follow Carlos and the P.I. gave Gina photos of Carlos meeting and having dinner with a woman, who Carlos stated, "she was a party planner and he was meeting to throw Gina a surprised birthday party but Gina didn't believe him."

Why or why not would Gina prevail on either the 2020 or 2025 adultery claim? How should both claims be fully analyze of adultery and any defenses that apply to Carlos.
