Using the As-Is assignment as a basis, redesign the business process and create a To-Be map. Incorporate feedback from the interview that leads you to help improve the experience or efficiency of the process. Replace at least one of the actors in the lane with an automation, software, or technology so that you are left with at least two actors with clearly defined roles assigned to each.
