Identify a business process that can be improved from your organization, or one you encounter with another organization that you are familiar with. Interview at least one person involved with that process. Develop a business process to map the As-Is state. Use swim lanes to identify the at least three actors. Include the actions related to each. Connect the actions with arrows. Use the "As-Is Business Process" in section 4.4 of the reading as an example. Include a brief description of the business process somewhere on the document.
