Identify a project that is a home improvement project (you are the contractor), office move, wedding (you are the wedding planner), another event (you are the event planner), or mobile app development (you are the project manager). Identify your project's lifecycle and create the project WBS. After the creation of the WBS, time and cost estimates will be completed. First, complete the detailed time duration estimates and identify the resource roles needed for the project. Second, sequence the project work packages, create a network diagram, and create a Gantt chart. You may use MS Excel or MS Project to complete parts one and two of the assessment. You will be creating time estimates, a Gantt chart, and a network diagram for your project. Start with the WBS you created for your chosen project. Remember to use a time duration estimate technique to achieve your durations. You should complete a duration estimate for each activity, summarize the duration at the work package level, and provide a final duration estimate (summary of work packages) for the project. Durations should be shown on the WBS using a start and end date/time. You will need your time duration estimates to create the Gantt chart
