Identify a queueing system in your organization $($not the same process you are using in your course project$),$ or a service system in which you are the customer. Look for a simple system, one that has one line with one or multiple servers. Create a post in which you describe the process and share one strategy you think will lower the variability of the service process. If you cannot identify a strategy, explain why.
