Look for a simple system, one that has one line with one or multiple servers. Create a post in which you describe the process and share one strategy you think will lower the variability of the service process. If you cannot identify a strategy, explain why.
Optionally, if you have been a part of a service process (either a service provider or a customer) when a such strategy was implemented, you may create a post in which you describe the process, the attempted improvement, and whether the strategy worked.
