Identify a work, school, or professional team on which you have participated in the past. Ideally, the team should be one that was either a particularly high-performing group or a notably low-performing group. Discuss the role that you played on the team based on what you have learned about team and group roles, and reflect on how you might have engaged with the team more effectively or differently now that you have a greater understanding of how teams work. Be sure to focus your discussion on what group behaviors you enacted (or failed to enact) and the impact that had on teamwork or collaboration.
