The organization will be closing retail stores and encouraging customers to shop via the website. However, the existing website has issues which will only become more problematic if we close stores without updating the website.

We must update the website to ease customer ordering and increase customer satisfaction. Additionally, the website must include capabilities for frequent shoppers and alternative billing options so that customers are not lost after retail stores are closed.

Customer surveys will be conducted to assess current satisfaction and ideas for changes. The user interface of the website will be redesigned to include the new features and integrate with the new shipping process.
