BACKGROUND The has need to renovate the Maura and David Sovchen Demonstration Kitchen in Downtown This 1,500 square foot space will be used to provide master classes, continuing education, and community-based instruction for the public. The demonstration kitchen will house commercial kitchen equipment and individual workstations for class participation. The Maura and David Sovchen Demonstration Kitchen will be available to area hotels and other local organizations who may wish to offer specialized group culinary experiences. The renovation will allow the (hereafter referred to as the Client) to significantly expand the available instructional capabilities for Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts. SCOPE OF WORK The general scope of work for the Maura and David Sovchen Demonstration Kitchen is summarized below: i. Furnish and install new kitchen cabinets. ii. Complete rough-in and finish work for the plumbing works of the kitchen. iii. Complete rough-in and finish work for the additional electrical works in the kitchen.
