As an accountant and future CFO, I will be able to collect many information from different divisions to support BSC preparation. For example, the sales transactions might be related to customer satisfaction and employee turnover rate could related to internal growth. One important skill is to learn how to get useful information from accounting numbers and analyse those information to support company future strategy. It may be a bit difficult for me to see the relationship between accounting results and company plan. But after years of practice, I will be able to lead a team to help prepare a BSC.
