The day came, and I was waiting at the ferry boat for my turn to get aboard, but somehow I was distracted by the TV screen with so many pictures of places to see on the island I come from. The time passed by, and suddenly, I question myself, when will be my time to come aboard? Somehow I missed the call from the captain, I was furious. The lady next to me, she as well missed the call, she was also distracted by the colorful announcement on that big screen TV. We decided to approach the help desk and ask for the next boat to the island. The man at the desk with a big smile pointed to the schedule board, it looks like we were stuck for a few hours at the port.The next voyager will be leaving within an hour and a half. We looked at each other and laugh so hard, so we just made the best of the situation. A teacher was there with her students waiting for the next boat. I made it my business and gave her advice, to please stop looking at the TV screen. Since it will get you distracted with so much info and beautiful scenic pictures. And we did not want to miss the next and last boat to the island.
