Create a detailed systems thinking diagram that maps the stock, inflows, outflows, and feedback loops of your organization. Make certain you take a systems perspective of your organization. The diagram should not be your individual work that you perform daily. If you are currently not working you can use this concept from a previous employer or project what it might be like for a future employer.
