IF A CLIENT HAS INCOME FOR THE YEAR OF UNDER 250,000 would they only have an $800 LLC tax form 3522 or would they also have a $800 LLC fee 3536 even though their income was under 250k? would their total fee be only 800 or $1600? also why would they have to pay a fee if their income is below $800?
