If a subapplication has an error that needs to be corrected or more information is required before it can be accepted, an Applicant official can make the requested revisions on behalf of the Subapplicant or $\_\_\_\_\_.$

B$.$ the Applicant can release the section$($s$)$ of the subapplication so the Subapplicant can make the revisions and resubmit the subapplication

C$.$ the Applicant can ask FEMA to make the revisions

D$.$ the Applicant can ask that the Subapplicant withdraw the application
