After a day of rigorous training with his ace mixologist, it is time for their stress test. John has summoned $174$ thirsty customers for Sherlock's soft opening at $7$ pm and they are lined up outside eager to witness this magical transformation. Serving mixed drinks is a three$-$step process conducted by the skilled staff at Sherlock's. First, Patti takes the order and enters it in the computer, wtich takes $32$ seconds per custemer. Then Kevin prepares the drink, using an appropriate level of bar flair. More flair takes a little more time, averaging atout $82$ seconds per drink, but this allows Sherlock's to charge a bit more for their drinks.
