Note: For this course, you cannot pick PPL Corp. (PPL) or Procter & Gamble (PG) as companies. Also, it is in your best interest to avoid banks or insurance companies. These companies have complicated financial statements and will be difficult to analyze for this class. Additionally, you should avoid picking a company with financial statements in any currency other than U.S. dollars. For example, Toyota Motor Corporation (TM) has financial statements presented in Japanese yen. Thus, Toyota would not be an acceptable company to choose for this class
