I was really impressed by his eagerness to learn new knowledge and his ability to pick up the skills in a short period of time especially as a non-finance student. Also he never shies away from the difficulties. I remembered there was one time when he had to handle a theme deck independently under tight schedule. Rather than putting the problem back to the team, he always tried to do what he can first.
