I'm creating a code in visual studios , I am in need of help I've been stuck for 2 days

Participants in a triathlon complete a series of three events. The first to finish all three is the winner. The events are:

1. Running
2. Swimming
3. Biking

Suppose a person burns 475 calories per hour or running, 275 calories per hour swimming and 200 calories per hour of biking.

Design a form that allows inputs (text boxes) for the amount of time spent on each activity and then computes the total weight loss in pounds. (One pound of weight is lost for 3500 calories expended.) Add up the total calories burned by all three events then divide the sum by 3500 to get pounds lost.

You may use text boxes for program inputs, a button to execute the calculations and a list box, label or text box to show the results. Your form should also have Quit button as shown in class to terminate the form.
