I'm creating a project charter for the below prompt. I'm having trouble coming up with ideas for the following aspects of a project charter:

• project objectives
• out of scope (objectives not to be achieved within the project)
• estimated budget
• incomes (If the case, fill in the project incomes that are to be obtained during the project implementation.)
• assumptions: those facts/aspects that have been taken for granted in the initial planning of the project.
• constraints: facts/aspects that are limiting the project manager and project team's options

Prompt: Your Personal Market is an e-commerce company that wants to celebrate its 10^th anniversary since it was launched on the 10^th of October. Management is very happy about the company's evolution and considers this event a chance to reward everyone for their contribution. Because it had tremendous growth in the past 5 years, and its employees are distributed around the globe, organizing an online event was considered the best solution. That way, everyone would participate, and no costs for accommodation and transportation would be incurred. Your manager, head of the HR department, asked you to take over this project and develop the Project Charter. As soon as it gets signed by the project sponsor, the project will be formally authorized.
