Im making a website with a rectangle and a ball that bounces inside the rectangle. The ball slowly comes to a stop over time. The user can control the velocity of the ball both horizontally and vertically. Im having trouble getting the users input values to be recognized by the program. It just reloads every time to the original starting values.
