I'm on system overload with reading about the project costs for a project manager. I was thinking of researching the cost of creating new IoT technology, creating the new wearable device, and cost of implementing the new customer service workflows, but how do you estimate the budget and what other items need to go into the budget. Thank you in advance for assisting me. Once I find the historical data do I plug it into an algorithm. Also what is all needed in the budget plan, I'm guessing everything that is in the project including project charter etc. how do you even estimate the cost of the project charter etc
