Image resampling

Process 'aivazovsky$78$g$.$tif'$-$image $x($show in Figure $1)$ by re$-$sampling it in the following ways:

A$1.$ Resample the image by $22$ by the direct way. Instead of four pixels $($in square $22)$ one

pixel should be written.

A$2.$ Reconstruct directly the image $x$ from $Y($i$.$e$.$ record four samples for new image from one

sample of the resampled image $Y).$

A$3.$ Calculate and print the mean$-$square$-$root error of the reconstruction.

B$1.$ Resample the image by $22$ with the average procedure. Instead of four pixels $($in square

$22)$ one pixel should be written with average intensity of four samples.

B$2.$ Reconstruct the image $x$ from $Y.$ Try to find the best method of image reconstruction.

B$3.$ Calculate and print the mean$-$square$-$root error of the reconstruction.

Display all images as shown in Figure $2.$
