Background In today's business landscape, employees waste time every day creating, searching for, and managing documentation. Automation, despite its benefits, is inaccessible for most people due to its technical barrier to entry. Fluency aims to resolve these inefficiencies and break down these barriers. Fluency was born out of the need to simplify the most tedious day-to-day task in businesses globally - documentation. We envision Fluency as an indispensable tool, functioning as an expert in your unique business. It will not only create and manage documentation but will also provide data driven insights into business processes, measure inefficiencies, and generate time-saving automations across the entire organisation. 2. Roadmap/Traction Fluency Alpha (July 2023) Fluency's Alpha trial is live and available on an invitational basis to Melbourne businesses. This early version of Fluency includes initial Automated Process Documentation (APD) features. The key focus of this trial is to receive product feedback and shape Fluency into an enterprise ready platform. Fluency Beta (November 2023) Full-feature trials with enterprise customers are currently under negotiation and are set to go live in late 2023. The aim is to test Fluency's extended suite of capability in the context of large organisations. Fluency Beta introduces more advanced APD features and increased security certifications. Customers during this phase will be rewarded as early adopters with favourable contract clauses, improving lifetime value (LTV) and chum rates. Fluency (2024) Upon successful completion of trials, Fluency will transition to product-led-growth targeting all industries in ANZ, with international expansion in the roadmap. Comprehensive features will be rolled out, including audit-ready compliance, machine learning, and real-time process visualisation. 3. The Team Co-founders Finnlay and Oliver bring their expertise in finance and engineering respectively. Both directors are hands on in the development of Fluency, and the business's operations.
