5. Develop Cost Management Plan, including:

- list of project human resources (with salaries);

- list of project materials (with costs);

- Earned Value Management (EVM)

- Total Project budget.

6. Develop Human Resource Management Plan including

- List of required human resources (with titles of jobs) for this design & development project.

- Roles and Responsibilities Matrix;

- Resource Histogram

7. Develop Risk Management Plan including:

- Risk List (with at least 7 different types of risks associated with this project)

- Create Risk Register table

- Performing Qualitative risk analysis (using probability/Impact Matrixes)

- Performing Quantitative risk analysis (Decision Tree analysis with EMV)

8. Develop Quality Management Plan including:

- Performing quality assurance

- Performing quality control
