For the truth table above in problem $4,$ generate the gate$-$level logic circuit that implements this

truth table. Use the implementation algorithm.

Draw the gate$-$level schematic of a $4-$input decoder. For each output of the decoder, write the input

conditions under which that output will be $1.$ Use Logisim, export image to save the circuit and

copy$/$paste the circuit below.
