Implementation Plan:

You are expected to break down your recommendation into a set of goals. These goals are the mechanism through which you would implement your recommendation. Goals are to be stated in a SMART manner.

You should have $3$ goals at minimum and no more than $5.$

Goals are further broken down into objectives. Each objective should be described in a SMART manner as well. Each goal should be broken down into no more than $3$ objectives.

Figure out the cost and timeline to implement each objective and arrive at a total budget and duration of implementation. Objectives need to be assigned to roles for completion.$($Ex: Social Media campaign created to increase awareness is assigned to Social Media Manager$).$
