The minister is an ex-resident of Soweto and hence is passionate about helping the residents. He has pledged to the residents that he will ensure that the hospital is made operational in record time. As the appointed project manager have been mandated to deliver on the project and have been instructed that the project risks need to be managed in a prudent manner. Question 3 (20 Marks) Risk management planning should begin as early as possible when a project is conceived and should be completed early in the project (PMI. 2017:401). The process should be continuously engaged in throughout the project life cycle as new or unidentified risks emerge. Present a graph to your team showing risks in the project lifecycle. The graph should show the degree of the risk over project time. The cost of project and the risks should be plotted separately. Provide an in-depth discussion of the risks that you have identified for you project.
