In 2018, the United States Supreme Court decided the case Janus v. AFSCME Council 31 by a 5-4 vote. This decision is arguably the most important court decision related to organized labor in decades and has had great impact to organized labor unions across the country including New York. Many people thought that this court decision would destroy unions but that has not turned out to be the case. Do you believe that unions still have a place in the current economy?
