Besides deciding on the appropriate development process (sequential or partly parallel), there are additional factors to consider to have a successful new product development project: finding project champions and involving customers and suppliers.

Search for an example of a failed product development project (from any industry or time) and read about this failure. Then, explain whether and how this failure was related to any of the three factors mentioned above (200 words).
